i would just like to comment on wat u have posted. being a treasurer before, i think maybe some of the things can be improved??
1) everybody contribute the same amt of money. it is not advisable to contribute more than required, since it will not be very fair. if there is not enough money in the class fund, i think we shld just collect a little bit more?
2) use the leftover money for our class gatherings/ outings. or leave it for ip2. splitting the money is just not right?
