Pros and cons of both options

Evening option:

Pros:
Convenient- just before our departure
More people will be likely to appear
Less transport problems
Doesn't interfere with schedule much

Cons:
Risky- we may not be allowed
People may want to spend their last hours with family
Teachers might not be pleased

Morning option:

Pros:
No risk
Can go back to pack later
allows people to spend more time with family
Can have class lunch after?

Cons:
Some people may not be able to make it
Some people may not have time- have other things to do
Transport problems
can't sleep in :(
