07V13 CHALET

We have booked Costa Sands Pasir Ris chalets for one night, from the 5th to 6th of November. There will be separate chalets (next to each other) so, girls/or guys with stricter parents might be allowed to sleep over.

Barbecue
There will be a barbecue at the chalets on the 5th of November, in the evening. You can attend this but not the sleepover if you are not able to sleep over.
Approximate Cost per person: $5.00

We will also be having a gift exchange after/during the barbecue to celebrate Christmas (who cares if you're Christian of not!) Some of us might think its too early...but its not! Christmas should begin in September! So, everyone attending the barbecue is required to bring ONE GIFTWRAPPED gift...it need not be expensive, but preferably for both guys/girls. We will be following these rules.  We will use a random drawing of our index numbers to determine the order.

Sleepover
This will be on the night of the 5th, after the barbecue. You will probably not be getting much sleep... :)   If you attend this, there will be an

ALL OTHER FOOD ETC MUST BE PAID BY YOU. THERE IS A CAFETERIA AND MINIMART THERE.
Details on how to get there will be given later, closer to the date.

If anyone wants to bring things like snacks, cards, board/electrical games, dvd player, dvds, etc, please feel free to, at your own risk.

Please inform Lucas via sms (92231972) if you are coming for
a) the barbecue
b) the sleepover

by 6.00 PM on Friday the 2nd of November.
You will be paying up for whatever you are going for after/during Symposium.
