Many people have been asking whether there is 3rd period PE on Thursday every week for quite a while now, which is a tad annoying I must say, because the agenda of 3rd period PE has been clearly stated before and its frequency should have been obvious enough.
So to clarify things, and I am only typing once, there will always be 3rd period PE every week unless otherwise stated so. This 'initiative' has been set up so as to ensure that we will at least get a Silver during NAPFA. Hence, 3rd period PE will continue until NAPFA is over. If you satisfy the stated requiem you will be exempted from 3rd period PE AFTER NAPFA. However, if you do not get a Silver, you will continue with 3rd period PE.
Hopefully, I will not hear you guys or gals ask that question again, or you are sure to feel lots of (physical for males, emotional for females) pain.
To lighten the mood, here's a story my form teacher told my class last year:
A group of students were taking a GP mock examination, and the question given was: What is courage?
Seeing the question, all the students begin scribbling whatever examples of courage that came into mind. All but one.
This particular student simply sat there, staring at the question, pondering upon it, unfazed by the constant scratching of pencils that surrounded him.
And he simply sat and thought about it throughout the entire examination.
When time was up, the student had found his answer to the question. He scribbled one sentence and handed it up. He got an 'A'
That sentence was: This is courage.
