Hey! This is Leanne from Victoria Junior College. I'm organizing a rock concert, Rock Off Malaria (ROM), to help alleviate the malaria epidemic in Africa with a group of friends. The malaria epidemic in Africa is very severe, and a child dies of malaria every 30 seconds. A malaria net, which only costs $10 can protect an entire family from malaria and death.

All proceeds will be donated to Nothing but Nets,a UN-endorsed organisation that is one of the largest fighters againstthe Malaria disease all around the world. We are the firstinternational group that will be helping out in this worthy cause andwe hope that you too would be inspired to help out.
